Co-Lead for Food Insecurity Project (September 2016 - May 2017)

  • Managed a team of 6 to interview and shadow 20+ food insecure populations in Harlem, New York
  • Researched, ideated, and prototyped a potential solution for food insecure families
  • Led the team through the human centered design process


Vice President (January 2016 - May 2017)

  • Managed relationships with internal clubs to coordinate events on professional development
  • Guided the growth of GBC by representing the club and its goals at various Gallatin Student Council meetings and external events
  • Communicated direction to the internal team by working closely with the president for marketing, event planning, and the Albert Gallatin Founders Fund


Marketing Director (September 2014-May 2017)

  • Managed a marketing team to promote our food publication content and analyze weekly growth on social media
  • Created a NYU Spoon Snapchat, which grows from student engagement on campus and an email newsletter to get students aware of our articles and events
  • Partnered with 10 restaurants to create social media contests and on-campus events reaching over 1000 students
    • Events include: Pumpkin Carving Party with Dig Inn, Make Your Own Ramen Event, Vegan Dinner, Food Tech Panel, etc.

Alpha Phi Omega

Brother & Leadership Committee (January 2015-May 2017)

  • Participated in at least 20 hours of community service a semester
  • Participated in yearly Relay for Life, which is a 12-hour fundraiser for cancer
  • Coordinated monthly events for 100+ members focused on leadership and professional development

  • Participated in weekly chess meetings and bi-monthly chess tournaments
  •  Promoted chess related activities through photography and through email newsletters

Real Food Challenge NYU

Co-Founder & Communications Director (January 2014-May 2014)

  • Designed campaign literature and videos for the real food movement on campus, increasing Facebook likes by 50
  • Researched and edited 2 grants that awarded RFC $7000 for the academic year


Social Media Manager (September 2013-May 2014)

  • Handled organizational and event publicity by contacting NYU media, other clubs, and social media site
  •  Promoted Earth Matters through Facebook, Tumblr, and Twitter
  • Promoted weekly meetings and events like the Earth Fair which had over 200 participants
